Nomadic Exchange: 2025-Forward
Since 2025, the project has evolved under the concept of Nomad Exchange, aimed at deepening international partnerships with Indigenous communities and sharing these collaborations with broader audiences through traveling exhibitions and public discussions. This shift reflects a response to the changing cultural and research landscape, fostering new models of intercultural dialogue and global cooperation. At its core, Nomad Exchange embraces nomadism as both a way of life and a way of thinking, offering a lens through which diverse cultures respond to contemporary challenges, share knowledge, and strengthen connections between traditional and contemporary communities, with a focus on Indigenous knowledge systems, creative practices, and worldviews. A central principle is the active involvement of Indigenous voices — not merely as subjects but as co-authors in artistic creation and cultural representation on the international stage. The concept opens new pathways for reimagining global issues through dialogue with communities that maintain deep-rooted relationships with both nature and heritage. Designed to be open and flexible, Nomad Exchange engages with a wide range of themes — spanning art, research, and cultural exchange — while continuing to evolve across multiple directions. This phase positions the initiative as a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment for the exchange of ideas, perspectives, and practices. It fosters critical engagement that transcends traditional artistic formats, offering new frameworks for collective inquiry and sustainable cultural collaboration.
