2010: New Settlement

Over a two-month period, Б’ Art: Bishkek Art Center partnered with local government agencies to deliver a visual arts program in four novostroiki (new settlements) on the outskirts of Bishkek. The initiative engaged more than 330 marginalized youth, ages 9 to 16, providing creative skill-building, mentorship, and a space for self-expression. The project concluded with a public exhibition showcasing the students’ artwork and celebrating their voices and perspectives.
